Muntins are decorative elements, usually made of aluminum, that are placed between double glazing units or on top of them (dividing the glass).
They are produced in various dimensions and colors and should not be placed between energy-efficient glazing units.
In muntins and traditional frames, aluminum profiles are used to divide the glazing units into smaller pieces. See photos in traditional frames.
