In all sliding recessed frames (in the tracks), ‘track caps’ are installed to prevent moisture (Sealing of sliding recessed frame tracks) at the back of the tracks where the track enters the bricks.

This way, we eliminate the phenomenon of rainwater being directed through the tracks to the back of the sliding frame (into the bricks), consequently causing moisture inside the house and in the masonry. The sealing of sliding recessed frame tracks is done with special drainage systems.
