A common question regarding the replacement of sliding recessed frames in old apartment buildings is whether the new frames we have seen fit into the existing openings (holes). Do thermal breaks fit into the gaps (hole – tunnel) I have, or recessed screens? Can screens be installed in my old recessed frames (read more in detail in our article What gap – hole – tunnel is needed in recessed frames for a screen to be installed? )
