Behind every window or door you see in your home lies a process of many carefully planned steps. In the following video, we open the doors of our workshop and show you firsthand how Europa aluminum frames are manufactured at Fenestral.
The process begins by connecting the corners in a press with a total force of 13.5 tons, which ensures absolute stability and durability for the frame. This is followed by precision lock opening on the Europa aluminum profile, the application of joint sealant to prevent corrosion, and the installation of thermal break spacers, so that the frame does not directly contact marble or stone — a detail that protects both the frame and your home in the long run.
Next, the glazing is blocked, a crucial step for the proper functioning of the frames for years, as well as the installation of the perimeter locking mechanism, which offers maximum performance in security and sealing. Before final assembly, the mitered glazing beads are carefully placed for an aesthetically perfect result.
Every frame, before leaving our workshop, undergoes a thorough quality control check by a Fenestral technician — because for us, quality is not a detail, it’s a prerequisite.
