EMF 64 Hybrid – Europa Minimal frame

The EUROPA EMF 64 Hybrid is an advanced sliding aluminum system, designed for modern architectural applications where aesthetics, functionality, and energy efficiency are key priorities. Its minimal design allows for the creation of large glass surfaces, offering unobstructed views and natural light, without compromising the architectural result. Initially, only overlapping slim frames or recessed glazing without shutters – external panels can be constructed with the Emf-64 Europa.

In the EMF 64 Less Frame (Slim aluminum frames – minimal frame), innovations have been applied such as the ability to use large cross-section glazing (resistance 350 kg / glass sash), for high sound insulation requirements, construction of large glass sashes (2.5m x 3m), quadruple special double rollers – wheels on each sash, the ability to construct an overlapping system where the central column – hook is 2.5 cm, as well as other advantages that you will see below.

The construction of the EMF 64 Europa (slim frames) is based on high-strength architectural aluminum, offering stability and reliability even in demanding dimensions. The system’s design allows for the integration of guides into the floor, enhancing the sense of continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces and providing a clean, discreet result.

Particular emphasis has been placed on the thermal insulation performance of the EMF 64 Hybrid system. The advanced thermal break, combined with the ability to use increased thickness glazing, significantly contributes to reducing thermal losses and improving acoustic comfort. At the same time, the robust construction allows for the support of large and heavy sashes, maintaining smooth and silent operation in daily use.
