Gaskets in opening frames. In most series, the central gasket is not miter-cut (45 degrees) at the corners of the frame. Instead, special solid corners (Corner frame gasket) are installed to protect the frame’s vulnerable point. It is also used to prevent excessive water accumulation.

This specific gasket is called Corner frame gasket (KL 1G) and is the solid gasket placed in the corner of the aluminum frame. This prevents any gap from forming (as usually happens when the central gasket is miter-cut) and avoids water ingress. See all frame gaskets.
