The new Europa ERS 960 HYBRID Roller Shutter system (thermally broken roller shutter boxes)

, which brings innovative solutions to the market. The new roller shutter from Europa is available in two (2) versions:

• For the ERS 960 roller shutter without insulating material and thermal break

• For the ERS 960 Hybrid roller shutter with insulating material and thermal break

The new Europa 960 roller shutter offers great flexibility both in terms of the dimensions we can cover (roller shutters up to 5.5 meters wide) and the mechanisms and automation we can use (control of multiple roller shutters, wireless versions, etc.), while providing smoother curtain movement thanks to the assistance of glides and new rollers.

The energy-efficient ERS 960 Hybrid version offers thermal break with 32 mm polyamides and additional thermal insulation – NEOCOAT EPS insulating material, thereby achieving roller shutter box thermal insulation of Usb=1.0 – 1.2 W/m² K.

Europa, being one of the oldest companies producing architectural aluminum systems, possesses the experience to understand and meet the ever-increasing needs of its customers. Thus, with the Europa 960 roller shutter, it offers the ability to cover openings up to 5.5 meters wide, and can be installed either top-mounted or external, on both hinged and sliding architectural aluminum systems.

The movement of Europa ERS 960 HYBRID roller shutters is achieved with electric motors, which include a 5-year warranty, while manual operation with detachable cranks is also available. Finally, there is the option of using automation (smart roller shutters) with wireless remote controls and control of multiple roller shutters simultaneously.

Finally, these roller shutters provide even greater security, as they are heavy-duty roller shutters with a reinforced channel featuring a special chamber, where a reinforcement bar can be installed if needed for additional security. This enhances security and prevents unauthorized entry by common tools. Additionally, they use guides with a fin for maximum security.

Security bolts can be installed for roller shutters with torque-controlled motors. Security bolts for roller shutters prevent them from being opened from the outside, while torque-controlled motors protect the electric motors of the roller shutters from damage (burning out) if they encounter an obstacle during ascent or descent.
