What are polyurethane aluminum roller shutter slats – louvers?

Aluminum slats – roller shutter louvers with polyurethane filling are profiles of 9mm x 45mm or 9 x 39 millimeters made from formed aluminum sheet, 0.4 millimeters thick, with a foamed polyurethane filling. Like all polyurethane slats, they can be painted in most aluminum colors (RAL), as well as in more economical standardized colors. The high-density ecological polyurethane foam (CFC – FREE) they contain ensures thermal and sound insulation, as well as a uniform shape and profile. In our constructions, rings are always used, and when the movement is not electric, suspension is done with strap belts for quiet and smooth operation.
